RDS Insurance Brokers is expanding and seeking a full time Sales Producer for our San Dimas location.  A minimum 3 - 5 yrs prior brokerage experience in Property and Casualty required.  Personal lines experience a plus.  You must demonstrate sales experience and proficiency and a current California producers license is required.

Responsibilities would consist of sales of new business, account marketing, account rounding, cross selling, and other responsibilities.  Must be self-motivated to work on your own with little supervision.  Computer skills, Word, Windows, Excel required.  AMS System experience a plus.  Excellent customer service skills, high proficiency in P&C coverage's , good working knowledge or insurance company markets.  Communication skills - oral, written and phone skills.  Must comply with all agency policy, procedures, standards and ethics.
